Reelocal

Terms of Service

Effective date: 8 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Reelocal, a service at reelocal.vercel.app operated by Wosho LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Suite R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("Reelocal", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. What Reelocal does

You paste the web address of a local business. Reelocal reads that site, pulls the business name, contact details and usable photographs, writes a short script, and renders a short promotional video from that material using third-party AI providers for video, voice and text generation. You review and can edit the script before anything renders. Some plans also look up a public contact email for the business through a third-party data provider.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Reelocal. You are responsible for keeping your login and any API keys you generate secret, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@dezygn.com if you think your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Reelocal is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reelocal to:

Reelocal's sample businesses, and the business data returned when you paste a URL, come from real, publicly available websites. You are responsible for how you use that data and for complying with outreach and anti-spam law when you contact a business with a video Reelocal helped you make. Reelocal does not send outreach messages on your behalf.

You are responsible for having the right to use any photographs and business details that go into a video you make, whether they came from the business's own website, from an upload you provided, or from information you typed in yourself.

4. AI-generated output is not guaranteed accurate

Reelocal uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate video, voice and text. AI output can contain mistakes: a misread phone number, a misspelled name, an odd motion in a clip, or a line that does not read the way you intended. Reelocal is built to use only facts pulled from the business's own site or from what you typed in, but it cannot promise every output is error-free.

You must review a video in full, with sound, before you send it to anyone or publish it. A wrong phone number or misspelled business name on a video you send to that business will do more harm than sending nothing. Reelocal is not responsible for consequences of sending or publishing a video you did not review.

5. Commercial licence to your videos

Videos you render with Reelocal are yours to use commercially. You can sell them, use them in paid ads, deliver them to a client, or use them in a freelance or agency project, with no royalty owed to us and no attribution required. This licence covers finished videos you have rendered; it does not give you ownership of Reelocal's software, prompts, or underlying technology.

Reelocal does not put its own branding or watermark on your videos. If you enable a personal watermark, that mark is yours and is burned into the file at render time; it cannot be removed afterward except by rendering again with it turned off.

This licence depends on you having the right to use the underlying photographs and business details in the first place, as described in section 3.

6. Credits, plans and billing

Reelocal is used with credits. Rendering a finished video spends video credits. Analysing a business, writing or editing a script, changing an angle, and swapping a photo do not spend video credits. Prospect searches use a separate prospect-credit balance; the app reserves the selected maximum and refunds results without a usable website and email.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

7. The 30-day guarantee

The launch offer carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your original purchase, email support@dezygn.com and ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

A refund under this guarantee reverses the purchase and revokes any credits from that purchase that you have not yet spent on a finished video. Videos you have already rendered and downloaded before the refund stay yours, and the commercial licence in section 5 continues to apply to them; we do not claw those back.

Monthly plan subscribers can request a refund of their first month's charge within 30 days on the same terms. See section 8 for cancelling an ongoing subscription.

This guarantee applies to the purchase price of the offer and any order bumps or upsells bought at the same time, and each can be refunded on its own. It is a goodwill policy offered at our discretion for the launch period and stated tiers; it is not a statement that the law requires a refund in every circumstance, and it does not override any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.

8. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals. For the $39 monthly video credit plan, credits already granted remain available until each grant’s original 90-day expiry. Your one-time Reelocal access and included formats remain available. Legacy subscription credits retain their original expiry terms. Cancelling does not itself refund past charges outside the 30-day window in section 7.

9. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please email us first at support@dezygn.com so we can look at it, refund it if the guarantee in section 7 applies, or otherwise sort it out. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, for a charge that the guarantee would have covered, may result in your account and any unspent credits being suspended while the dispute is resolved.

10. Ending your access

You can stop using Reelocal and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@dezygn.com.

We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks section 3 (acceptable use), that we believe is being used fraudulently, or that abuses the service in a way that harms Reelocal or other users. Where reasonably possible we will tell you why. Termination for a violation of these terms does not entitle you to a refund of unspent credits.

11. Disclaimer of warranty

Reelocal is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated video, script, voice-over or contact detail will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reelocal and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, even if we were told this was possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to Reelocal is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for our own fraud or gross negligence where the applicable law does not permit that liability to be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will make a reasonable effort to tell you, for example by email or a notice in the app. Continuing to use Reelocal after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, except where local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
