This policy explains what Reelocal, operated by Wosho LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Suite R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("Reelocal", "we", "us"), collects when you use reelocal.vercel.app, why, and what you can do about it.
1. What we collect

2. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. To provide the service, the categories of data above are shared with the following kinds of processor, each acting on our behalf under their own data protection terms:
- A payment processor, to handle checkout, subscriptions and refunds.
- Third-party AI video and voice providers, to turn your business's photographs and script into a rendered video and voice-over.
- A third-party AI text provider, to write the script and outreach email from the facts extracted from the business's site.
- A third-party business-contact-data provider, to look up and verify a public contact email for a business you analyse.
- Hosting, database and storage providers, to run the application and store your account data, business data and generated media.
- An email delivery provider, to send account and transactional email such as receipts and password resets.
We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Reelocal, our users, or the public.
3. Businesses you look up
When you paste a business's URL, Reelocal reads that business's public website to build a video and, where available, looks up a public contact email for the business through a third-party data provider. That business's own public data is processed to build your video; the business itself is not a Reelocal account holder and does not receive any notice from us that you looked them up.
4. Cookies
Reelocal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The launch marketing page also sets an affiliate-tracking cookie so an affiliate can be credited if you sign up after clicking their link. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Retention
We keep your account data, business data and generated videos for as long as your account is open, so your videos remain available to you. Usage and cost logs are kept for as long as reasonably needed for billing, debugging and abuse prevention. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep some records to meet a legal or accounting obligation.
6. Your rights and deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data by emailing support@dezygn.com. We will confirm your identity and act on a deletion request within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are required to keep by law.
If the law that applies to you gives you further rights, for example under the EU/UK GDPR (including the right to object to or restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority) or the California CCPA/CPRA (including the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights), those rights apply to you and the same contact email above is where to exercise them. We do not sell personal data as that term is defined under CCPA.
7. Children
Reelocal is not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will close it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls on our database and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material we will make a reasonable effort to tell you, for example by email or a notice in the app.
